Our bakery concept aims to offer a gourmet kitchen which began in 2003, in Miramar, by Marceline & Serge Alexandre. Here’s a little bit about our experiences. After a long time, about a year, trying to accommodate the rules and regulations of the city of Miramar. We opened our door a year after. In the second year, we had to close because we ran out of capital.

Our bakery concept aims to offer a gourmet kitchen which began in 2003, in Miramar, by Marceline & Serge Alexandre. Here’s a little bit about our experiences. After a long time, about a year, trying to accommodate the rules and regulations of the city of Miramar. We opened our door a year after. In the second year, we had to close because we ran out of capital. Now, in 2024, and after almost two decades of baking in the home, produce to our communities our delicate variety of essence’s, artisanal pastries, custom cakes, and hors d’oeuvres, catering by occasion. Today, we are finally ready to open our front-door bakery in one of Broward Communities.
